Shipping & Delivery

Products listed on this Website ship directly to you from our warehouse in the Pacific Northwest and typically ship within 48 hours of receipt of payment and, where applicable, a copy of your prescription.* We try to inventory all products all the time, but occasionally do run out of stock on certain hard-to-get models. You will be notified promptly if such an event might delay shipment of your order.

Returns & Replacements

Unopened products: Returns on unopened products are accepted within 30 days of receiving the product and is subject to a 25% restocking fee assessed on shipped orders; 10% restocking fee assessed on canceled orders. Any merchandise found to be defective upon receiving must be returned to CPAP Blowouts, Inc. for replacement within 14 days of receiving for replacement. After 14 days, the manufacturer's warranty will apply. Return shipping fees to CPAP Blowouts, Inc. are the Buyer's responsibility. The merchandise must be returned with original packaging and is subject to inspection for mishandling issues not covered by the manufacturer's warranty. CPAP Blowouts, Inc. will incur the expense of shipping the replacement to the Buyer, once the merchandise has been verified to be a manufacturer's defect. Used products: If you want to return used equipment, please contact CPAP Blowouts, Inc., and if your return is approved, there will be a 50% restocking fee. No returns are accepted for used masks.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Payments are processed by Authorize.net over a secure SSL connection. We do not keep your Credit Card information in our databases, all payment information is handled by PayPal. If you order a product and CPAPBlowouts.com realizes that the price listed on the website was erroneous, you will be refunded your money.

Updating Account Information

The privacy of your customer information is important to us. We store minimal customer information on CPAPBlowouts.com's server. Your shipping address is stored by PayPal and we do not keep that information on CPAPBlowouts.com. If you wish to change your name or email address in our system, click here to login to your account. If you are a customer of our previous store website and you are unable to login, please click here to reset your password.

Prescription Verification Process

Prior to the sale of our products within the USA, we request proof of prescription from a licensed medical practitioner. Two methods are available to accomplish this:

1 - Upload a scan or clear photograph of the prescription while you are shopping; or

2 - Fax the prescription to 425-460-8480.
